If you prefer whitening over time, Dr. Rosenberg recommends a professional-grade, take-home gel and tray system. Most take-home system users notice a difference after just 2-3 treatment sessions. The effectiveness of take-home whitening is down to the individual following the instructions given.

Deep whitening is a concentrated program of whitening producing extremely white smiles. The process usually occurs over a two week period with two office whitening procedures and the use of special deep whitening trays nightly in between the office.
